Tim Scott is one of the few politicians that I literally have nothing critical to say about. As the only African American Republican in the Senate, Scott has one of the most compelling stories of anyone on either side of the aisle. Scott - a direct decedent of slaves - is the definition of someone who has lived the American dream. Let me explain why Tim Scott will make for a formidable challenger in 2024.
Scott is an eminently decent man and if he gets the nomination I'll support him. In the primaries, all things being equal, if the choice is between a sitting Senator and a sitting or former governor I'm biased towards a governor. They have real experience in governing. Senatorial experience counts for nothing here.
DeSantis can /will win Fla and no one is going into WH without winning Fla. The coming economic melt down, or death or Dems will remove antediluvian JB.
Tim Scott as a candidate is strong. A Scott-Noem ticket will be extremely strong.

Good man, but too worried about political "fairness" and civility towards the Left. That time is gone. He gets no traction, either does Nikki.
