The world is witnessing horror in the Middle East. For many, truth is far less important than narrative. That narrative, too often, is that the Israelis are white European colonizers and they are bad. Critical theory has rotted the minds of many and post-modern Marxist ideas, embraced by leftwing groups globally, have led many to evil’s side.
All I can say is this: sin and evil are in the world and we are all affected by it even if we don’t believe in it. We all sin in some way or another even though we try not to do it. The people who are committing these horrible atrocities have given into the lure of sin (evil). They have convinced themselves it is right and even good. I picture it as an insidious parasite that causes you to be hungry all the time so you eat all want and don’t gain weight! This is great until the doctor says you are dying from the inside out. You have been consumed by this parasite and you are dead inside.
It took me a long time to accept that there is true evil in this world but while I don’t understand everything there is to know I know it’s here and will be until Christ comes. That doesn’t mean I don’t hurt and cry over things I’ve heard and seen. God grieves too.
I also know there are scholars and theologians in this group who can do a better job of explaining this.

It leverages the misery of people to demand change, and so if not enough misery then it needs to foment misery.
It connects with Islamism because the Islamists employ the same strategy. Islamists rely on the faith of the Koran to back their actions to cause societal and human chaos. Post-modernists (who comprise and control most of the Democrat Party today) rely on the Theory scripture. Islamists fund madrassas to indoctrinate youth into their ideology of destruction. Post-modernists have infiltrated the public education system to do the same.
One highly ironic difference between these two terrorist groups... the post-modernist movement is led by 3rd wave feminists. The Islamists if winning the global war and taking control of western democratic states would quickly subjugate these feminists. But that is the thing about the vulnerable narcissism within the modern activist feminist pushing this woke crap... they don't seem to care about becoming a real victim. My guess is that living the lie claiming to be something they are not, and oppressed victim, is so stressful, they would almost be relieved to be turned into a real slave.
Religion and politics are the same, they involve the relationship between the individual and higher authority. In religion that authority is the Most High God; in politics that higher authority is man. Religion seeks the truth; politics seeks power. Therefore, politics is a false religion that glorifies man over God. We must ALL beware, and prayerful, not to seek truth in politics because political concepts have no truth value. That is, political speech runs the gamut between truth and falsehood, whatever needs to be said in the acquisition of power.
Not all religions seek truth. There is one monotheistic religion around today that seeks world domination. It remains true to its pagan, materialistic, penis-centric deity.

This morning on Breitbart News, they were talking about the same question. They had a Jewish Republican professor as a guest. His only real answer was "because we always have"... it makes no sense, he admitted. But he did say that these attacks by Hamas and the response by Democrats have opened a lot of eyes in the Jewish community. But will it be enough to shift voting patterns? ... Who knows.
I once knew a woman from West Virginia who would vote a straight-party Democratic ticket, every time, without question. She was an anti-abortion, pro-gun religious conservative Baptist Christian. I asked her, then why do you vote for left-wingers who hold abortion as their sacrament, want to ban all guns, hate you and want to silence you simply because you're a Christian?.... Want to know her answer? She said: "I know all that. But my daddy and my granddaddy always voted for Democrats, so I will too. That just how we vote in our family. It's always been about the working man versus the management."
Honestly, how can a person argue with someone so brainwashed whose mind is completely made up and refuses to re-evaluate what they are doing and the values of the people they support?

With the meeting of Xi and Putin they are forcing the world to take sides. This will come to blows in some areas. We should be ready.
