Robert F. Kennedy induced his wife to commit suicide and then refused to give her body over to her family who loved her. After her showy Kennedy family funeral, he had her body dug up and removed from the Kennedy family plot.
That’s the man we are dealing with. He’s all show and, like any privileged brat from an iconic American family, he has embraced every deluded and insane view imaginable.
Kennedy believes Lyme disease was a military plot.
He believes chemtrails are a real thing.
Kennedy believes HIV is phony.
He believes the CIA hypnotized his father’s assassin.
He believes COVID was developed to kill black and white people while sparing the Jews.
He wants fossil fuels and nuclear power shut down in the country.
He supports abortion until “the moment of crowning,” when the baby is exiting the birth canal.
He supports single-payer nationally controlled healthcare.
He opposes commercial farming.
He believes anyone who rejects climate change is a traitor in need of prosecution.
He believes in aggressive government gun control.
He believes no vaccine is safe and effective and better hygiene could prevent polio, smallpox, and other diseases.
In his hearing today, he has completely misstated how Medicaid works and seems to have not even a basic understanding of the program.
The Secretary of Health and Human Services plays a role in every one of these areas.
In every one of these areas, Robert F. Kennedy is on the fringe of science and society.
No, Senator Johnson, contrary to your statement in committee today, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is not pro-science or even grounded in science.
And some of you reading now would prefer to believe Kennedy had a sudden change of heart as he stands on the cusp of accessing the power to implement his insanity instead of wondering who this man is that he can, for decades, have these long-standing and well-documented views and then, conveniently, convert at the last minute.

I listened to some of the hearing. He just sounded like he was guessing at the answers most of the time. Doesn’t inspire confidence at all. I hope he’s rejected. Then Trump has a clear path to pick a more credible candidate. He’s fulfilled whatever obligation he had by nominating him, but the guy blew it big time
