What did Trump do to push the Constitution other than take Defense money to build the Border Wall?

College education is one of the biggest messes we have. Corporations have decided they are necessary for employment, which gave schools the power to charge any obscene amount they want for that paper. I'm a capitalist but tuition costs at so many schools should be illegal. And to top it off the kids are being indoctrinated by a ridiculous liberal and social justice agenda that they are practically brainwashed when they come out. I know, it happened to my son. And I paid for 100% of his tuition. Where's my money?

Sorry to change the subject, but: At one time you mentioned there is a better rate for attendees at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead for those attending The Gathering. Is there information on that? Also, I was privileged to hear you Monday evening at the Oconee County GOP meeting. I was awed by your recall of the vast reservoir of information you have stowed away for years. I appreciate your conservative and Christian views. We are looking forward to The Gathering.

The senate and house and possibly the supreme court have given up there power to the executive branch. Obama and Biden act like kings with God's approval. Donald Trump just offended too many citizens with his tongue. So they threw out the baby with the bath water.

Does this rise to the level of an impeachable offense?

To your point about buying votes, this is another area that absolutely drives me nuts. If you walk through a neighborhood handing out $100 bills from your own bank account while asking people to vote for you in return, you're jailed. But if you reach into the public coiffeurs and hand out BILLIONS of dollars to buy votes, somehow that's legal. It's like jailing Martha Steward for insider trading that avoided a $45K loss while Nancy Pelosi and her husband are multi-millionaires due to their "legal" insider trading.

You are generalizing a bit to say that non-college grads are paying for college graduates. I hold multiple under grad and graduate degrees. I paid for every single one of them, though I did also use military and veterans assistance where possible. That I also paid for on blood, sweat, and tears. And, there are many who paid off their loans

Most are still paying taxes, and.despite one Biden's statements about who would see tax increases, mine have almost tripled. I make well below 400K.

Thanks, I do agree with most of your positions

I know there are legitimate uses of the Executive Order, but it has become the proxy club of the masses who clamor for and demand "their" president take action on an issue. The people have come to know they can pressure the President to action far easier than they can pressure Congress to take action. ...but that is not what the office of President is for. The legislative actions of government are intended to be the result of debate and compromise across the bodies of representation, not the individual actions of one person, even if that action is thought to be Just and Right...and especially not to garner favor and support. While I do not consider this issue to be Just and Right, many do...but that simply does not matter. We have a process to effect change, and it is to come through the legislative branch, not the executive.

When a President is trying to take an action that is not allowed in the constitution who tells him to stop?

The voters. But the voters in this case include too many brainwashed that support him doing so.

Also, college is still wildly expensive, so relieving debt for this generation off borrowers doesn’t solve the problem of the cost of college for the next group of students.

Rather than fight about the politics of this or that scheme, how about we try to solve the underlying problem?

I’m curious about your take on standing. I don’t see how the States have suffered any injury. Even the individuals are no worse off now than they were before the plan was announced.

One could reasonably conclude the court has no authority to hear this case and it is up to Congress to either explicitly authorize this program or explicitly limit the HEREOS act to exclude this program.

Joe Biden is just a shill; the perfect example of a useful idiot. I would like to know who is really calling the plays.

Barack Obama is calling the shots, using Susan Rice and the other holdovers from the Obama/Biden Administration. They’re American Marxists and they have been burrowing into every institution in the U.S. since October 1917.

Yes to all your points. Here's another angle from a political commentator recently: The Biden administration knew the SC would rule against this, but they went ahead anyway so they would get to say "We tried to help all you poor students, but the nasty conservative (aka Republican) supreme court wouldn't lt us do it!" Makes no sense Constitutionally, but some would say it makes sense politically?
