This is a Good Trump Policy

Sebastian Gorka is Donald Trump’s intended counter-terrorism advisor. In an interview about Ukraine and Russia, Gorka says President-Elect Trump intends to tell Putin, who Gorka calls “that thug,” to either enter negotiations or we will give Ukraine every possible weapon with which to kill the Russians.

He says the aid we’re giving Ukraine now “will look like peanuts” if the Russians do not enter into peace negotiations.

This is actually the best way to force Putin to stand down and end the war. It’s a grown up policy.

The Biden Administration gets lots of love from the press, but Biden has actually pulled lots of punches when it comes to Ukraine. He has given them arms and restrained their use. He has promised them arms and not delivered. He has pressured other nations to restrain themselves with Ukraine.

The Russians keep escalating, now to the point of using North Korean soldiers, because Putin knows Biden is a foreign policy idiot. Biden’s minimal steps of escalation have actually prolonged the war and made the situation more dangerous to the point of World War III breaking out.

Trump’s willingness to give Ukraine maximum firepower if Putin won’t enter a settlement is the best way to proceed. This is encouraging.
