Lin Wood supporting Democrats is disturbing. I believe that story was broken by Breitbart, a very pro-Trump website. Unlike GOP suburbanites, serious pro-Trumper's that read Breitbart, Townhall and RedState do not vote for Democrats. The same can't be said for the GOP suburbanites who voted for Biden in 2020 and gave Democrats control of the Congress in 2018, and who in many cases voted to give Obama the Presidency in 2008 along with the House and Senate.

As to the lawsuit against Wood, if the claims are provable in court, they are certainly very disturbing. But so are the claims of election fraud filed by Trump's attorneys, Project Amistad, and Powell/Wood. One has to wonder about the timing of this being made public now, since the lawsuit was filed on August 31 and the events regarding Wood's alleged comments trace all the way back to February. Some questions I had in paging through the lawsuit is who made the transcript of the teleconference and who verified its accuracy? Did the parties agree to tape the call so that a verifiable transcript could be made? Perhaps the transcript described in the lawsuit is an Adam Schiff type of reenactment deliberately made to convey a false impression of an actual event. Has this lawsuit been settled and/or has there been the requested jury trial that issued a ruling on the dispute over the terms of the Settlement Agreement? Has whoever made the transcript been cross examined in court? Making a judgment prior to that is the very definition of prejudice, which applies equally to the claims made in all lawsuits.

A reference of G.K. Chesterton is appropriate: Once you reject the truth, it doesn't mean you'll always reject what is true. It means you'll accept anything as truth. People at the extreme spectrums will always be, in their personal lives, extreme in their behavior. I find it unfortunate that we must see someone self-destruct their life as this man is.
