This is why I go hot and cold with you, Erick. I'm not a MTG constituent or always fan but you pointing your finger and judging her makes you no better than the Pharisees.

The Adulteress

8 But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives. 2 Early in the morning, he came back into the temple courts. And all the people kept coming to him. He sat down and taught them.

3 Then the scribes and Pharisees brought a woman caught in adultery and had her stand in the center. 4 “Teacher,” they said to him, “this woman was caught in the act of committing adultery. 5 In the Law, Moses commanded us to stone such women. So what do you say?” 6 They asked this to test him, so that they might have evidence to accuse him.

Jesus bent down and started writing on the ground with his finger. 7 But when they kept on asking him for an answer, he stood up and said to them, “Let the one among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” 8 Then he stooped down again and wrote on the ground.

9 When they heard this, they went away one by one, beginning with the older men. Jesus was left alone with the woman in the center. 10 Jesus stood up and said to her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?”

11 “No one, Lord,” she answered.

Then Jesus said, “Neither do I condemn you. Go, and from now on do not sin anymore.”

Erick, I don't agree with much of what MTG does. But I believe she serves a purpose. I also believe you have committed one of the worst of the problems in the church by publicly presenting an attack on her based on affairs that are in the past and apparently resolved within the family. I have several close friends who are in Christian leadership positions. They are always concerned that they will make a statement that destroys their ministry - and destroys the jobs of many who count on them. For a religion that depends on grace and forgiveness, the Christian Church has none to give. You demonstrate that by making accusations against her for sins. Have you committed none? I agree that she demonstrates considerable problems. I also believe that God can use that for good. She will be attacked by others. We should practice grace.

Do I agree with this behavior, no I do not. I would not vote for her if I was in her district.

Have churches been breached, absolutely. This is the failure of the Church. They preach about keeping evil out but they are so arrogant they don't realize evil is already inside. I can provide multiple examples from my own personal experiences.

But looking at this from 30,000 ft what are our choices? We have members of congress that had affairs with chinese spies, they lie about their heritage, their sons are crack whores smoking mozzarella off the carpet and nothing happened.

Has even one of the hundreds of pedophiles that visited epsteins island been arrested. NO!

Comparatively speaking, she doesn't deserve the attention that Erick gave her. But since he did I'm going to throw my 2 cents in.

Erick, I'm going to depart on this subject with you. I agree Green needs to go, but not because she thinks the church has been corrupted. It has. The woke, progressive arm of the church is absolutely walking away from scripture. I'm watching the schism form in the United Methodist Church, which will be coming to fruition this year. Satan absolutely is driving a wedge in the Church Universal and all it's denominations.

I have one simple question. How did she get elected in the first place? Just saying.

If I could make a donation to her opponent without winding up with an email box full of donation requests from other candidates I would.

I wonder what to church - if any - adulterer MTG belongs? Maybe the "Great Whore Church" mentioned in Revelations?

Representative Taylor Greene is criticizing religious organizations in a deeply sinister way with this type of rhetoric. The churches are helping a policy caused disaster that is US immigration and border management. The same churches such as the Catholic church also advocate for the unborn. Is that satanic? Wouldn't Satan (and all his empty promises) want to kill kids rather than save them? The same churches help in other disasters such as hurricanes. Disasters that climate change advocates say are also a policy disaster. You don't see the left calling out disaster relief there as satanic or evil. If Representative Taylor Greene is really interested in this immigration issue then she should spend less time honing her knowledge of bat guano crazy QAnon ideas and more time working with her colleagues to bring policy fixes to the table. Fixing and legislating is harder work than ranting to the nearest camera/mic about why churches are helping migrants.

She is a member of Congress. Congress is supposed to act according to the Constitution - she claims to value the Constitution … so… where is her Bill - and her co-sponsors - that would work on “fixing” this problem? She doesn’t have a bill: she just says crazy and stupid things.

I moved to her district in the last year and I will NOT vote for her! I will support Jennifer Strahan.

Gee Eric, thanks for pointing out another's sin. As you know, God is not happy with sin of any kind. I guess since you have never sinned, you ARE qualified to talk about others and their church comments. While I do not support crazy people, either D or R, and I hope the district she represents will make a well informed choice, it is pretty unseemly to me for you go out of your way to demonize her through your blog as a past sinner and therefore worthy of condemnation. I do note that her husband has forgiven her and that seems to put it to rest. God alone reserves the right to judge us for our sin, whether it is appalling to us, or one of our acceptable sins. Just sayin'...

MTG is AOC crazy. Conservatives cannot use the tactics of the left without becoming what they are; it ends with accomplishing the same thing, just with a different desired state.

Please vote this moron out of office. Be intellectually honest and call her out the same way you call our AOC and the Squad, Waters, Ossoff, Warnock and rest of the emotional manipulating degenerates who care nothing for you, only about their power.

Yep... She's the Republican version of Cynthia McKinney of Georgia and she's needs to be voted out, just like the Democrats finally did with McKinney.

Why does my home state continue to produce these full fledged card carrying idiots/politicians? Cynthia McKinney and Hank Johnson also come to mind. Of course, GA does not have a monopoly on idiots in Congress (Maxine Waters etc.) but it is not a good look for our state.
