Eric, after your message yesterday I sent Albers a message asking him to support HB 225. This morning I also called his office and let him know that he needs to support HB 225, that we don’t need the speed cameras taking additional money from constituents.
Mail Delay- On Jan 13, I received an IRS notice dated Dec 14 that I owed $120 and it was due on January 13. We all had mail delays (especially last year). What happens if the mail does not deliver the ticket or delivers it late. This is not due process to me if they cannot guarantee the Fine was delivered.
Like Erick has said before...."you may be made to care"....please be vigilant in your area to ensure that your local city government does not adopt speed cameras to increase local income.

The ticket disappears if you are related to an elite. We peons can’t take time off work and pay court costs.
