I seen where Iran executed a young boy . Won’t see a thing about this in the news.

If Biden wins reelection, it will perfectly illustrate the term "Yellow-Dog Democrat".

Yes your skin yellows when your dying or so I noticed on my Dad who was the exact opposite of Biden and a WWII veteran unlike Biden .

Russia is enjoying that the focus is on Hamas.

Reported from Palestine

There are many complaints on social media from Gazans that the aid that enters the Strip for free from the donor countries (food, water, fuel, gas) is sold to the residents by the merchants and at exorbitant prices.

It was also reported that at gas stations in the southern Gaza Strip, Hamas police bypass the long lines and take whatever they want without worrying about queuing, as required by their duties.

But in swing states like... Georgia, gas over $3.00 a gallon is a fixture of Bidenomics that did not exist before Joe Biden became President.

And it's about get back to those levels once Kemp's gas tax suspension expires.

Georgia is not a Swing State. The Democrats would like it to be a swing state. But it is fully Red.

Then why are both our US Senators Democrats? And why did Biden win GA in 2020?

Plus, I just copied what Erick wrote.

Because Trump convinced the citizens of Ga. to stay home by saying the election was fixed. Donald did a good job as president but he is to self centered. I am ready to move on but I can't until my fellow voters open there eyes.

Given the current climate of moral equivalency, Hitler - the epitome of evil in modern times - would likely be portrayed as a good guy who just had a rough childhood. And Jeffrey Dahmer had an eating disorder.

Meanwhile, the two top contenders for POTUS are an idiot Leftist Democrat and a so-called “Republican” who has called for the “termination” of the U.S. Constitution - and who has many millions of rabid, idiot supporters who are “anti-war” and who embrace Left-wing policies in regard to the American military. If this is a Biden v. Trump re-match in 2024, I will - again - leave the POTUS portion of my ballot blank.

I made it through an entire Thanksgiving week barely talking about politics, which was nice. I did have a brief conversation with my sister-in-law, who was a huge Trump supporter, even going to one of his rallies and buying the stolen election narrative. I was surprised to learn that her two favorite candidates are Vivek and RFK, Jr. Of all the people I know, she surprised me the most by finally turning on Trump.

Expand full comment

Neither is really "turning" on Trump. Vivek is Trump and can't win. RFK has right wing conspiratorial proclivities that obfuscate the fact that he is a liberal Democrat. "Obfuscate" like a bad magician saying look at that behind you while pulling a rabbit out of their pants and putting it in the hat.

In Genesis we read the interaction between the Israelis and the Palestinians (aka Philistines) has been going on for more than four millenia. In the context of the proverb: two wrongs don't make a right, there have been many more wrongs than rights committed during this long period. The current situation w/ Hamas (the latest power nucleus among the Palestinians) between the Israeli government (representing the citizens of Israel) is a perfect example. On Oct 7 Hamas launched a violent and unprovoked attack on Israeli territory and the Israeli govt through its Defense Force responded with its own violence invading Gaza. Obviously plenty of blame to go around to all the combatants.

Expand full comment

Palestinian is not the same as Philistine. The people group referred to as Philistines in the Old Testament ceased to exist after being conquered by Babylon. The troubles inflicted upon Israel by the Philistines during the era of Judges and the early kingdom are simply not relevant to the conflict today.

Regardless of of the origin of the people who call themselves Palestinian today, an unprovoked, murderous attack on primarily civilian targets during a time of mutually-agreed cease-fire versus a military response to the same that targeted military targets does NOT equate to "plenty of blame to go around to all the combatants"!

You should understand that the Palestinians don’t believe The Jewish should exist at all. So they believe anything they do is just.

They are taught to hate as babies.

Ya know, the distinction between good and evil in this war could not possibly be any clearer.

No matter how you want to slice it and what you want to look at, there are not two equal sides here. There is good and there is evil.

You can look at the protests.

One side sings songs of unity and peace. The other side yells chants of genocide and murder.

You can look at the hostages/prisoners.

One side longs for its children and wives to unite with their families. The other side demands the release of murderers and terrorists.

You can look at how the released are treated.

One side does everything it can to ensure their hostages come home safely and are treated accordingly. The other side parades its prisoners around the streets while calling for violence.

You can look at the value of human life.

One side mourns its casualties and yearns for peace. The other side celebrates the death of its people and yearns for destruction.

You can look at innocent deaths.

One side goes to extraordinary lengths to minimize civilian deaths. The other side does everything in its power to maximize civilian deaths, which they then use as a PR tactic.

You can look at how the war can end.

One side can put down its weapons and achieve an instant end to the war. The other side can put down its weapons and be annihilated by the enemy.

You can look at the respective charters.

One side has a charter (the Torah) that puts peace and human life as the highest value. The other side has a charter that glorifies death and genocide.

You can look at the importance of truth.

One side tells the truth even when inconvenient. The other side has a propaganda machine that spreads lies and blood libels all day every day.

The point is, if you see the two sides as good vs evil, congratulations, you are a moral person.

If you don’t see the clear difference, if you compare the two sides, if you make an equal sign between innocent hostages and murderous prisoners, congratulations to you. You are morally bankrupt and an accomplice to murder, rape, abduction, and decapitation.

Israel has always been and will always be the moral side of the Middle East conflict. The other side represents radical Islam and proudly declares that Israel is only its first stop.

In order to navigate the challenges the world will face as a result of radical Islam spreading like a cancer, the first thing they need is a compass.

If you compare Israel to Hamas, you have no moral compass and when radical Islam comes for you, you will not know where to go or who to turn to.

If for no other reason, you should stand with Israel because Israel is fighting this war so you don’t have to.

The top: Who Hamas took and still hasn’t released

The bottom: Who Israel arrested and has now released

If you can’t see the difference, you are a lost cause.

I'm curious. Has anyone here listened to The Martyrmade Podcast called "Fear & Loathing in the New Jerusalem"? I began it yesterday. I'm only an hour in to what I believe is a 25-hour discourse on the Israel-Palestine conflict, but it's fascinating and thought-provoking so far.

Are you better off now than you were four years ago?

I use the Sky News for a non American slant on the news. Not totally objective but occasionally you get something interesting. Palestinian prisoners complain of mis treatment. No talk of how the hostages were treated. Just notes on how they were on vacations throughout the world to slant the view of them as victims. They were the children of the rich. Marxist class warfare.

I'm blessed to say I'm better off now than I was four years ago. Little of that has to do with the federal government, though. It's also impossible how to know how much better off I *could* be today had inflation and taxes been lower over the last several years. There are just so many variables in life! All I know is that I'm better than I deserve (a little Dave Ramsey lingo).

Erick, I get that you are highlighting what no other media outlet highlights but I read outrage in your typed words that I don't think you should have there. Why are you outraged that the scorpion stings the frog? It is a scorpion. That's what it does. The American propaganda outlets masquerading as media are all scorpions. In that I mean they support a narrative of a certain political agenda. We should not be surprised when they support countries that hate us.
