Teams that lose their heads, turn on one another and start bickering are known as "losers". Maybe everybody loves a winner - but for sure everybody HATES a loser
While it may look like the "bubble" is bursting, the turning on Biden is isolated to him. What's actually happening is that he is being thrown to the wolves. His poor performance, on agenda and in polling, licenses the Left's abandonment of him and creates a target for all of the blame. It's not the fault of Democrats, as a party, it's Joe Biden’s fault. Once they've jettisoned him in favor of another and he's out of office, we'll likely see a return to a defense of him using a "people are too stupid to see how right he was" routine (a very Carteresque ending).
Imagine a world where a guy like Bacon thinks the press coverage caused Biden’s unpopularity, not Biden’s own actions.
Oh, but they made Biden, that is a fact. Just as they made Obama who did not disappoint them. I do wonder if he had of the collective white liberal MSM would have done to him what that are doing to Biden for fear of appearing racist.
In the mind of Bacon the press giveth and the press taketh away. Therefore it must be the press that has caused this. The people are stupid, they don't look outside to see if its raining, they just look at the weather app.
But things are difficult. Like no other President faced any hardships. Geez, Carter had similar issues and why anyone would emulate what he did just throws that old Democratism up for review. Democrats are always shocked when their ideas fail, but there ideals are to help not hurt, so something else must have been the problem. "We are changing lives!" Joe screams.
RIGHT?? Like him or not, GW Bush sat down to read a book to a bunch of kindergartners that fateful September morning in 2001 only to learn that the Twin Towers had been attacked. Now THAT'S a problem! (Talk about your "light" morning going to hell in a big hurry!) What we're experiencing now is due almost entirely to Biden keeping his campaign promise of crushing the oil companies. Obama did this too...intentionally depressed the economy and then said there was nothing he could do. Trump was elected, flipped the switch back to "ON" by removing government-imposed barriers, and the economy was suddenly booming again within a year.
Interesting piece on FoxNews.com this morning about Jill Biden complaining that Joe's unpopularity is due to domestic and international crises that are beyond his control. Among a litany of keen insights regarding Jill Biden's Nantucket speech on Saturday, Fox's Dana Perino and Greg Gutfeld added that Dr. Jill is "basically saying that her husband was not the man for the moment." Sums it up perfectly.
We ARE to blame. We expected Biden to govern as the moderate he appeared to be. We expected him to "crush the virus, not the economy." Is it his fault we expected him to be able to run the country after 8 years as VP?
Danger, danger, danger conservatives! I have legitimate concern we won't get the red-wave we SHOULD get in November. My concern stems from the recent poor polling accuracy we've seen in several elections. What IF the left and moderates are now lying to pollsters? The failure of the right leaning centrists to show up to vote because they believe it's a "done deal" may leave us disappointed in November. Get out and vote. This is especially important for the weaker candidates (Walker) we need to win to secure a majority in both the House and Senate. God bless America.
Just keep in mind that in the last six years, the polling bias has always been in the direction of Democrats. The GOP has outperformed consistently from where the polling is.
The only incredibly annoying part will be the hypocrisy. Democrats screaming about voter suppression and stole elections. Sowing distrust in our election process with more gusto than Russia.
And when you call them on it the response will be, but Trump. Childish all, they.

The arrogance is stunning.

Love it. Now if we can keep the Republicans from shooting themselves in the foot.

November can't come soon enough!

I'm feeling the same way! Do a na-na-hey-hey and then head to church for confession!
