The trend is beginning to appear among African Americans, but perhaps to a lesser degree at this time. The catch is this: That trend only became visible so long as Donald Trump was around. This fits well with the fact that for the time being, the more populist, multiethnic and multiracial GOP seems to be a creation of Trump, and no other Republican has been able to develop it. It's equally obvious that this trend is anathema to the National review reading GOP establishment almost as much as it is anathema to Democrats.

Perhaps Ron DeSantis, who has been appealing to Florida's large Hispanic and Black populations, can keep this going on a national stage. If not, then this will die with Trump.

there are a few democrats like my sister who will stick with Biden no matter what, but a lot of black voters are starting to look at life under Trump and see it was not that bad

a lot are my friends, folks I know, at my barbershop, at churches that I visit, there are hardcore followers like my sister who bleed democratic, but even some of my brothers are starting to break
