Erick - the whistleblower signed an affidavit stating ABC did give Kamala an advance list of subject of questions to be asked. That is worth noting…because if they didn’t provide the exact same list for Trump, it’s cheating. I no longer watch ABC News, I feel that strongly about this.

i think i'd change the title of this post to "In These Nefarious Times." Erick's advice (Matthew 22:37) and his concluding admonition not to "give in to the madness of the age" are most fitting. The protaganist in Steve Deace's novel (A Nefarious Plot) would have us believe that there's nothing we can do to stop the "madness." But we can put our faith in the Sovereign God of everything, pray for wisdom, ...and we can vote as the Spirit leads.

They are selling hats, and raffling off rides on Trump Force One, and asking me for my opinion, and begging for just another $5. Spam to the point of laughable and absurd. It’s spam and its abusive and its relentless. 99% of the time I delete it, but I have not yet marked it as spam.
Twice now, withing minutes of the assassination attempts on President Trump’s life, I have received a text with all caps telling me what just happened and that he was safe. And these messages come way before the fake news tells us they have dug deep and have a breaking story. I know I am just one of hundreds of thousands receiving these messages, but it’s amazing to see President Trump’s focus in the face of adversity. In the golf cart fleeing, in the limo bleeding, he is focused.
I'll speak for myself. I voted for DJT in 2016 and realized that by April 2017 that he was unfit and wondered how I had been duped as an educated/informed voter. To this day he remains disqualified on an order of magnitude unknown before of a presidential candidate. Every one of the readers of this blog know of his crimes, some of which he has been convicted and await sentencing. One day, I hope to understand why this is a coin flip election. I have family and friends who cannot allow themselves to vote for anyone that doesn't have an R nomination. I was like that in 2016. My hope as a Believer, conservative, and citizen that Providence is using DJT just as it did leaders throughout history. His win could usher in a world none of us want. His loss could provide all of us another window in time to live out Erick's reminder this morning. I know that Erick has directed this post directly at DJT in the recent past. My plea to Erick is to continue these admonitions so that Providence could use them to pierce his heart and turn away from his base instincts that his has lived out over his near 80 years on this earth. We have a pretty good database of what he might usher in as you say given he was president for 4 years. I think a rational border policy that produces positive results, economic growth with real income growth for the middle class across all races, and better world order and foreign policy are good indicators. If you value lack of qualifications and risk of ushering in a world we don't want, how could you possibly suggest Kamala Harris is a viable option? I highly desire candidates irrespective of party that are more eithical, moral, honest and strong leaders. We are a sinful people and we have what we have though and while only God should be our guide, on earth, we need discernment while remaining faithful to Him the best we can.
It’s simple - many people vote on policy rather than personality. Trump’s policies on balance were much better for the country and its residents than those of the Biden-Harris administration. And on balance Harris’s policies are even worse than Biden’s. Trump is real whether or not you like him or nor - Kamala is a total fraud and to the extent she is true to whatever values she had they are all basically ones with which I disagree - e.g. DEI, equity bp based on race, gender, etc rather than equality of opportunity and accepting the results.
