Stories like these make we ponder whether they are actually false flags meant to distract from the real issue, and discredit legitimate dissent. Just like, yes, Jan 6.

Erick - et.al.,

Something to ponder. Back in 2002/2003 I lived and worked in Port -au-Prince. It is a known fact that there are "special vendors:" that specialize in preparing small animals (including cats) for consumption in Haiti. Not saying that this is in-fact happening in OH, but it's certainly plausible.

The Biden Administration dumped 20,000 Haitians into a small city of 60,000. This was not random. This is a TEST CASE for how everyone will react to it. If the "elites" can get away with this, then you're going to see the same thing happening all over America... in fact, it's happening in South Chicago, Brooklyn and other places now. In Brooklyn, they're just walking into grocery/drug stores and blatantly taking what they want.

This isn't about helping Haitians. It's about ending America as we know it. You can't just suddenly increase a town's population by 25% with a bunch of people from the 3rd world who have very different values and know nothing of ours.

Import the 3rd world, become the 3rd world.

Keep your eye on Springfield, because it's going to get very, very ugly.

The idiot took the bait on the cat eating. Great job Trump. And he just lost the debate. Great job.

Trump did a decent job, despite the debate being three against one. Otherwise, the "Haitians stealing and eating pets" may not be true, but they ARE grabbing the ducks and geese from the park and eating those.

I am no fan of Trump and am often critical but Ericks instinct to just say the pet stealing (or stray eating) is untrue -- well how does Erick know that? Erick does not live there. What is his basis other than repeating denial? Vance is a Senator from Ohio and he has stated his office gets the complaint calls and he says such calls have been received from constituents.

The Biden/Harris administration is absolutely responsible for the over crowding of cities, communities, and states. Regardless of the ridiculous rumors, they are not the ones picking up the tab or do they have to deal with any of the problems that the influx of millions cause.

On a side note, I’ve been to Young’s Dairy you will not be disappointed.

I live near Springfield. The mayor says he has reached out to state and federal officials because his city has become "saturated" with Haitian immigrants. Things came to a head last year when an unlicensed Haitian immigrant hit a school bus, killing one child, and injuring several others. The locals are fed up.

I agree that mindless social media mockery is drowning out the real signal. If it is indeed the Biden Harris policy to massively increase the population of a town with refugees that cannot be easily accommodated, that is pure incompetence and should be roundly condemned. How has this not been visible to us? Why should we support those that have caused this massive problem - or the news organizations that should be showing the struggles in city council meetings? The outburst in social media is the result of frustration about the unchecked manipulation, deceit and corruption from the top down.

Thank you. I was trying to explain to someone today, to no avail, why some random anonymous FB post or some blog run by authors writing under pseudonyms do not count as credible news sources. I couldn’t find a good conservative news outlet that said this was anything other than a rumor. The real story is that Haitian immigrants are overwhelming their infrastructure. When people start spreading some lurid rumor about Haitians eating pets, it only detracts from the real issue. When people start spreading BS that sounds like something from a 60s Mondo film, something easily debunked, the media can dismiss EVERY concern out of hand as racist.

The media is hardly ever interested in the facts but a ideological narrative to serve so it’s not a surprise that the left and right fringes will ignore facts or lie to serve their narratives

There are aspects that are indisputable whether or not an organization exists solely for the purposes of denying American citizens job opportunities. That employers are subsidized to hire immigrants disproportionately so by not having to pay as much for their subsistence is indisputable -- they immediately receive welfare of various sorts regardless of their legal status through direct government and NGO aid (which is often backed by taxpayer money).

This of course extends to and is especially evident in various service industries and physically intensive jobs -- roofing, concrete, siding and more. These subsidies are relative attractions to both illegal immigration and to employing them. They are shortcuts to creating a labor pool that certainly competes with the citizen labor pool.

Are not citizens eligible for these subsidies? Yes but there are rules for them that are officially more burdensome to meet. I suspect much of the citizen welfare is arguably disability oriented or special need. It would be easier if welfare recipients were illegal to start out.

As I understand it no aggravating situation for welfare receipt is applied when it comes to non-citizens -- healthy individuals are subsidized as a matter of course by presenting themselves or at least their children. This is undeniably an attraction for illegal immigration and it subsidizes the industries that employs such illegals and those immigrants unsustainably given legal status.

But who is more needy does not matter as to the survival of a nation state -- citizens are citizens and our system cannot support open borders to allow others to receive the same or comparable or even substantial levels of the benefits of citizenship.

I tend to believe what I see. Thus, people saying it did happen and people saying it didn't get the same amount of my attention. Some people said Venezuelan gangs were taking over apartment complexes, some said it wasn't happening. Then there were videos. I will wait for the video.
