One of the reasons I subsribe to you is your courage and your willingness to be straightforward and unequivocal. More importantly, I value your insights as an insider with deep connections and sources. But after this election (and 2020), you have to wonder about the credibility of some of those sources, surveys, analyses, etc. I really don't think anybody has a good handle on understanding what post-Covid voting trends, meaning the impacts of more early voting, expanded absentee voting, the accuracy of previously proven polling organizations, etc. I do believe you're right about Theories 1 and 2 and so hoping you're right about Theory 9. But I'm afraid we're not over Biden -- or Trump for that matter. Thanks.

I love the idea of watching MSNBC tonight. I really hope I don't fall for their propaganda and become worried this red-wave Erick has been promising us is not going to happen.

Theory 8

Has historical precedence. In 1980 the national press rediscovered homeless people, and they had blond hair and blue eyes.

The Democrats ultimately have to acknowledge Biden is to old. It is the one and only universal truism the can hang on Trump.

Excellent assessment! If your 9th Theory is correct, it will prove that Stacey Abrams is smarter than Beto O'Rourke. At least she's able to figure out when she is toast.

As usual, a very well thought out and articulated overview of this insane political season. For me, I have long believed we can place much of the blame, if you will, squarely at the feet of the main stream media. It pains me since I spent my career in the media and ad biz, but this is truth. I'll never forget, as a young supervisor, hearing a very prominent media news personality say...we don't want to just report the news, we want to shape the narrative. That was in the late 1970's. Nuff said.

I hope Oz wins in PA but have my doubts. Oprah's endorsement probably did help Fetterman. If he does win, I predict he has another medical crisis within 6 months and his surrogate candidate wife, Gisele, steps in. The man is not well but that matters not if you are in the D party.

I think that’s their plan.

Hope that all your theories are proved true. Maybe depute her lack of any noticeable achievements except self promotion Stacy Abrams will eventually replace Al Sharpton as the media’s favorite go to race hustler.

All I want to see is her leaving Georgia!!!

Thank you, Erick, for your coverage of the polling, the candidates, your opinions about what may or may not happen, etc. I have learned a lot this election cycle that I didn't know before I started listening to you. I am hoping and praying for a "Red Wave" but ultimately I know God is in control and trust His wisdom for whatever His purpose and plan are. That gives me reassurance no matter who may win or lose tomorrow night (though I sincerely hope as an Arizonan that Kari Lake and Blake Masters win and we are "rid" of Katie Hobbs and Mark Kelly)

I don't understand:

How anyone can be undecided at this point.

How anyone can look at the state of the economy, the world, and their personal finances and vote for the party that created the mess we're in.

How any voter in PA could possibly vote for a guy more qualified to play Lurch in an Addams Family remake than to be a US Senator.

How Dems can lie so obviously, freely and without consequence.

How the Legacy media can look at themselves in the mirror and feel good about themselves.

Rick, One can only presume the undecideds, and others you mention are the uninformed voters. I see friends and family members who only watch MSM because early on they became "scared" of Fox News. It amazes me how little they know about the "truth" behind the news stories. I don't get that from Fox, but rather from Erick who always seems to have dug deep enough to find "the" truth not someone else's truth. We're really blessed to have a guy like Erick Erickson on the radio. The Bourbon event at WSB was nice too. Power is the reason Dems can lie so easily and obviously.

I neither understand "undecided " nor mailed political ads.

I will give Hershel Walker credit. His positive ads convinced me to vote for him rather than skip over the GA Senate race.

Great theories...I am inclined to agree with most. I also believe the GOP will cry stolen election to any close loss. And the DNC will cry suppression in any close loss. Neither side is capable of accepting defeat with grace or humility any longer.

Sounds about right.

Excellent analysis and prognosticating. Can't disagree with any of your conclusions though I sure hope you are wrong about Pennsylvanians. How a guy such as Fetterman – hoodie and tattoos and all – becomes a viable candidate for U.S. Senator says much more about where politics has fallen than any "qualifications" he may have.

MSNBC's "The 11th Hour" host Stephanie Ruhle interviewed NY Gov Kathy Hochul Friday night and challenged her hard on crime. I still haven't been able to shake the chill from Hell freezing over.

You nailed it Erick!

Correction, Erick...if MSNBC came out and said Dobbs doesn't matter progressives would LITERALLY burn the building down. Also, I didn't know Stacey wore orange on Saturday. That in itself is heresy. Make her pay, Georgians. Go Dawgs!

And I loved how Herschel called out Warnick for his campaign bus having a Tennessee license plate.
