Raphael Warnock Won't Support the Braves

Oh boy.

They debated in Savannah. Just read the tweet from Greg Bluestein at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and you’ll get the gist of how it went:

Warnock refused to support the Braves’ team name, even as they played during the debate (and lost 😥).

Stacey Abrams cost businesses around the teepee¹ where the Braves play over $10 million with her drive to get Major League Baseball to boycott Georgia with the All Star game.

Now Warnock won’t support the team publicly, even though the American Indian tribes do. The Braves even have a night dedicated to the Indian tribes, and the tribes not only signed off on the team name but also the tomahawk chop.

And still Warnock won’t embrace it.

Walker landed some strong blows too against Warnock.

But here’s the thing — the Warnock team scored points. The Walker team scored points.

Warnock won’t stand up for the Braves. Warnock is too woke for the suburbs.

That was the most coherent I've ever seen Herschel Walker, prepared, aggressive, direct. Some of those answers won't play well, but no catastrophes, which is saying something.

The press says Walker had a good debate. And Warnock won’t support the Braves.

1. Truist Park — the T.P. or teepee. I refuse to call it Truist Park because “Truist” is one of the stupidest marketing names of all time and they could have gone with Hank Aaron park or Turner Park or something, but sold rights to a bank that decided to call itself a made up word. So it is the teepee.
