Ok, so let's give the enemy lots of details about The American Plan for China and Taiwan. Let's divulge dates, names, resources, and what we can't do. Let's take away the element of surprise and ensure the Chinese have a broad understanding of what's coming their way. Brilliant. Just Brilliant.

My goodness. The if in there is crazy. Don’t want to get shot on a hostage rescue? Don’t hold hostages! Seems self evident.

CNN had a chyron that called the IDF rescue mission a "hostage release." Obviously, it wasn't.

And yet CNN, other media outlets (and our VP) condemn the 260+ civilians killed. (Never mind the fact that the #s are from the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry.)

Was watching Harris Faulkner today and she asked, 'If this was a release, why were there civilian casualties?'

Good question.

Looking ahead, Pajama Boy Jon Ossoff is up for re-election in 2026, and the GAGOP will have a great choice of candidates to run against him as long as Trump stays out of the way.

I think Kemp is going to make a decision between a '26 or '28 Senate run or a '28 POTUS run after the election, depending on how much of a stranglehold Trump has on the GOP. If Trump loses Kemp could be the GOP's cleanup man in '28. If Trump wins, the Senate would be a much easier race.

My question is, will the Dems be OK voting for a Jew in 2026? That turned radioactive for the Left in a hurry.

If trump loses which means a democrat wins there won’t be a 2028 so it would behoove kemp to run in 2026. If the civilized world is still around by then.

As long as there are people willing to call themselves 'Jews for Palestine' - there are Lefty/Progressives that would vote for Ossoff - IF he toes the right line.

Looking at RealClearPolitics, all of the Sun Belt swing states have durable Trump leads, although he's gained detectable ground in some and lost it in others, but ever so slightly. Dems hoping that the Trump conviction would move the needle ought to be disappointed. Other events have done more to change things over the past year.

In the Blue Wall, Biden is gaining ground in Michigan and Wisconsin and losing it in Pennsylvania. That seems to be where the real action is. Methinks whatever Biden is doing to retain the Islamist vote in Michigan is working. Of course, the proggies giveth, and the proggies taketh away.

Oh, RCP has now moved Virginia(!) into "Tossup" from "Leans Dem". And they still have Minnesota(!!) as "Tossup", although I think the DFL will pull it out there.

Looks like Biden picked the wrong week to quit amphetamines.

He'll start back in time for the debates.

The WSJ editorial pages are priceless. The business and investment coverage seems pretty straightforward. The “news” portion is just as leftist as the average, certainly not WaPo awfulness, but needs to be viewed with grains of salt.

"Democrats increasingly would prefer it if Biden goes away, but Biden has too much of a chip on his shoulder to leave without a hard push."

Jill will no let Joe step aside. She wants another term as FIrst Lady and all of the White House trappings. She will see to it that Joe does not voluntarily step aside.

The WSJ has been moving left for the last several years. I am a 40-year subscriber and any further movement to the left and I am done.

I know why the paper is moving left. Wall Street need the post Bretton Woods global order to continue. Wall Street is no longer satisfied with domestic corporate returns. It demands the returns of a global economy... and to secure its place in that global economy it offers insider trading benefits to the American political class for their support at giving away US domestic assets like industry, IP and working class jobs. The new Republican party is done with the Global Order and against globalism.

Basically the WSJ is serving its own Wall Street interest by becoming another Democrat propaganda source.

Why the conversation about Biden's numbers, mental state, etc.? Is it not a given that someone else will be the nominee? If we aren't actually running against JFB, have we shown any evidence that we are ready and capable of winning such an election? Still feels like we step on rake after rake after rake. Also, guess I'll have to Google "post-Christian Right".
