This is why I have so much respect for you, Erick. You didn't wait to make this correction for a day or two, then limit it to a few words at the end of a different lengthy post that was a hyperlink to this correction in hopes that people wouldn't see it (like so many major publications do).

You're a good man and, whether someone disagrees with any or all of your viewpoints or not, you're fair to both sides. That's why I've made a point to listen to your show when and where I can catch it.

Whitehorse may be a washed up old alcoholic never-was, but he's astute enough to watch the news and see that the VA gov and lieutenant gov, Cuomo, Joe Biden etc - Democrats generally - are able to weather extraordinary scandals. They just have to ride it out, as he already did back in '18

Golf course where I attended college (early 1980s) didn’t have a minority policy either, but new members had to be approved by current members. Minorities somehow never seemed to get approved. Convenient way to discriminate without a policy.

You answered your own question. OK, there is no formal policy about whites only. But, it is practiced informally and has been in place "forever". Thus whites only has become a tradition. Got it?

It is likely no official policy was necessary...it is Rhode Island...no clue on the non-white population numbers...but, well, you know.

That's just weird. I wonder IF the club only recently changed their official policy BECAUSE there are currently no non-whites amongst the members. If that's the case they will be given a pass without any question.
