"To date (April 2, 2024), as you and I are speaking, they [U.S. State Department] have not found any incidents where the Israelis have violated International humanitarian law." - Rear Admiral (ret) John Kirby, White House National Security Communications Advisor

"The Congressional Budget Office warned in its latest projections that US federal government debt is on a path from 97% of GDP last year to 116% by 2034 — higher even than in World War II. The actual outlook is likely worse."

So in 2023

the Fed Gov't collected about $5.3 Trillion. And GDP of about $25.5 Trillion divided by $33 Trillion equals 1.3725 Nat'l debt already exceeds GDP by much more that you are told and those figures doesn't include Off-Balance sheet Debt. Will the Gov't ;lie to you? Yep, Big time. Now DT will be elected POTUS in Nov 2024, the Dems will go ballistic (want to remove electoral college voting) big chaos will originate and prepare for Un-Civil W II. Selah

I read where Iran is getting ready long range missiles. They need to be careful because they stirred a hornets nest.

For an alternative reporting on Havana Syndrome, check out this clip Glenn Greenwald's podcast from last night. I'm undecided, but I remain skeptical.

Israeli officials to the New York Times: The target that was hit in Damascus is the headquarters of the Revolutionary Guards and not a consular office. The attack hit a military target and not a diplomatic target.

Had Hamas stayed home on October 7, 2023 they would not be attending so many funerals.

I recently read where our national Debt is increasing by 1 trillion dollars

Every 3 months and the interest on that debt is higher than the military budget. Free spending President Biden on everything doesn’t help inflation.

“ Outrage has been swift with calls for an investigation and multiple US charities pulling out of Gaza entirely.”

But not outraged at the Oct 6th attack.

They kicked the Hornets nest and wonder they got stung.

Hamas can kill and has killed several hundreds of unarmed uninvolved citizens in attacks. No outage is ever shown but Israel makes one mistake and it’s a human rights standard.

The terrorists are using free countries reputation against them. It’s sickening. If they want it to stop turn over the Hamas leaders and free all the hostages.

The same federal government that advocates for CBDC is the one warning us about cyberthreats "everything, everywhere" and reporting weekly tales of the hacking of credit card and large retail networks. That suure makes me want to run to the front of the line to put my assets in electronic form in some amorphous, global pile of data.

Something is definitely up. Just last week our company had an attack that required us to reset all security systems and credentials. Then a couple of MMO’s online games went down also with cyber security issues.

This is not coincidence.

IMO, the 60 Minutes report on Russia’s violent attacks on our government officials and their families worldwide plus the U. S. government “turning a blind eye” is by far the most significant story. I was so glad to see Bret Baier on Fox News cover it last night since many conservatives don’t watch 60 Minutes. We better consider that Cold War 2 is fully on and act accordingly.

"How misinformation is making us fear our food"

Instead, just trust the food pyramid, folks! When has the government steered you wrong? I gave up grains, legumes, and most dairy nearly a decade ago. I eat the cleanest whole food I can afford, and I've never felt better. At 45, I am healthier and more fit than I was in my twenties, and I've rid my life of migraines, almost all headaches, mood swings, inflammation, and arthritis. It's amazing what diet can do; eat real food and don't trust the government.

Learn how to cook. Processed foods are filled with chemicals to preserve them. You can make the time to cook good meals ahead of time and everyone can do it.

"Learn how to cook"? Have you been talking to my husband?! ;) Seriously, though, we rarely eat out. Home cooking is the way to go!

We have been addicted to fast foods. They come with too much fat, salt, sugar, and things we can’t pronounce. Not good for our health in the long run. If you don’t t have the time to add water to your pancake/waffle mix, you can get the batter in a jar. Just pour. Even quicker is the frozen. Just microwave.
