"...the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives"

Ah, the federal Dem campaign coffers will certainly suffer. PP et al no longer need to feed the federal Dem machine - it can no longer protect their grisly business, they will have to work state-to-state for air cover now.

This distribution of power from federal to state will cost the pro-death crowd big bucks, diluting their ability to influence from 535 Congress-critters (plus POTUS sometimes) to literally thousands of state-level politicians in every city, town and hamlet.

Much harder to control the national narrative when DC is no longer in charge. Hopefully we will also see a decline in PP's ability to keep its doors open spending all their time and money trying to stay afloat politically across multiple blue states preserving the right to kill the unborn...

"Chris Pandolfo @ChrisCPandolfo

Whatever you think of Donald Trump, today’s victory for the pro-life movement would not have happened without the justices he nominated to the Supreme Court. "

God uses rulers to accomplish His will, even mean-tweeters ;-). Blessed be the name of the Lord!

Abortion is not safe. You all know that I had a coat hanger abortion 40 years ago at PP in Charlotte NC. It was not safe then and not safe now. I applaud returning this issue to the States. Even, Obama, a Constitutional scholar, has no argument.

Biden said, "... a concerted effort over decades..." you mean the democratic process?

Conservatives played by the rules, it's liberals that got a bad ruling with Row v. Wade, which was never about women's rights or health.

And it's liberals continuing to not play by the rules that got us here today. Harry Reid deserves the credit for this decision, because without him breaking the Senate's own rules and removing the filibuster for SCOUTS justices. Without that we would not have Gorsuch, ACB, and Kavanaugh.

My wife that went home to be with our Lord and Savior in 2001, will really enjoy this day as she volunteered many hours in the Pregnancy Center over 14 years. She helped save many new born babies and gave them all the clothes to wear until about age 1yr. She was Blessed and is even more NOW

I'm no McConnell fan, but he was the one who kept Garland off the SCOTUS. Otherwise, it would have made the liberal/conservative split 4-4, with Roberts being in a much stronger position to pull the Solomonesque solution Erick warned about previously.
