It’s not limited to registered voters anymore, IIRC. Said to not be inclusive enough, if you can believe it. She probably is registered, just hasn’t bothered to vote.
I remember when Pence got cold feet and refused to sign the RFR Act as governor. I was never keen on Pence as VP and would not vote for him as president.
