Erick, just heard you on the radio talking about Michael Solomonov's cookbook. I have a copy as well. It is the best cookbook, so much history and beautiful pictures. His hummus recipe is the absolute best. So yummy. I am very sad to hear about the protest outside his restaurant. Also, Dan Senor "Call Me Back" podcast is the best on the Israel war.
