The question conservatives need to ask the American electorate next year is this: Which philosophical/ideological approach to governance (NOT which political party) is closer to the Founders' vision of the American republic, and which approach will better guarantee and promote the continuation of the civil society? The answer to that question is clearly conservatism, given that the Democrats have been taken over by the most anti-American element possible, namely radical Marxist revolutionaries.

This question also allows true coinservatives, especially those who desire to primary RINO Republican establishment incumbents, to clearly establish themselves as the servant leaders of all the people, and will give them to continue the process already apparent upon a deep dive into the 2020 Congressional election results.

A good starting place is the provisions in the Build Back Broker bill pertaining to the IRS. If Americans really want an army of Lois Lerners shaking down the middle class for every last red cent it can extract, while restoring a "welfare for the 1%" program like the State And Local Tax (SALT) deduction, which has been shown to disproportionately benefit the highest income taxpayers, especially those in high tax Northeastern and Western states https://taxfoundation.org/salt-deduction-salt-cap-repeal/#:~:text=The%20SALT%20deduction%20tends%20to%20benefit%20states%20with,value%20of%20all%20SALT%20deductions%20nationwide%20in%202018. , then they will vote for either Democrats or RINO Republicans. If they'd rather have a fairer tax structure (absent real reform such as the FAIR Tax), they'll cast votes for true conservatives. One can apply this to many other issues, such as crime (do you really want unbrideled anarchy and mass looting by flash mobs to continue?), but you get the idea.

As for now, the only question facing the economy is, "Which will it be, historically high inflation or hyperinflation?" And the answer is either conservatism or for us to totally withdraw from societyin favor of establishing our own self reliant groupings (see Rod Dreher's "The Benedict Option").

I'm praying that the Democrat slaughter next year at the polls will be so large that they won't be able to come back for at least 20 years!!! When I grew up the House was in Democrat control for YEARS!!! It wasn't until Newt and his Contract with America that Republicans got to start pulling back on our leftist move! Would love to see REAL Republican Conservatives have time to pull us back to limited government and more freedom so all those indoctrinated college leftist can experience what REAL Conservatism can do for our country to dispel the myth the Leftist have of Conservativism! Lord God help America!

If BBB passes, we will have structural socialism. I have no faith that the Republican will undo any of it. They failed to undo ACA when they had the House, Senate and Presidentcy. Only a full depression can get rid of government programs and or spending. Not a good day for or repulbic.

If the democrats do stop digging and drop the shovel, republicans will pick it up and keep digging, maybe a little slower but they'll keep digging because they want to stay in the club of the political class.

"Conservatives" may not need to rebrand but IMO they do need to differentiate themselves from the typical republican politicians, rino's whatever you want to call them. Republicans need to show some spine.
