So does Blasey Ford get to sue Kavanaugh for defamation because he denied the allegation?

The Carrol v Trump case is nearly word for word the same as a Law & Order episode from 2012. A coincidence? I doubt it. How easy would it be to get a couple of Trump-hating friends to lie about what Carroll told them? Not hard, in New York. Like Blasey-Ford in the Kavanaugh hearing, I think she made it up. Ford later admitted she made up her story.

I for one don’t know if Trump repented of his sins. Only Jesus knows.

Tump his a human prone to make mistakes. I could only guess that God has protected him thus far in his life from a group of cut throats.

Joe Biden would never be my choice for President as I have seen how he refutes Gods word.

A man who blatantly rejects God’s laws doesn’t deserve acknowledgment.

When you vote remember the Ten Commandments.

Remember The defilement of God’s Children in the Schools.

Remember who embraces

China as it’s for the Big guy.

Yes Trump could tone it down but with a nice guy you were served a plate of

DNC Biden.Deceiving Needy Citizens.

I'd just note that Trump has been asked multiple times over the last seven years if he has ever felt the need to repent of anything and he has said "no" every time.

Didn’t know that .

I think Erick is being naive here. The whole WP/ABC poll is trying to convince Republicans that Trump can beat Biden (or whoever ends up running for the Dems). The Washington cabal of Democrats/Establishment Republicans/Permanent Bureaucracy is not going to let him win. They were fooled in 2016 that by setting Trump as the Republican nominee he would be easily beaten by the deplorable Hillary. They were fooled - they won't be fooled again. With the changes in the election laws due to the pandemic overreaction the Dems have a nearly impenetrable electoral college lock.

Just about any other Republican candidate has a shot to break through, but they are building Trump to win the nomination so they can take him down. If they have to put him in jail - they will do it.

Chaos is coming...

Proverbs advises us to have many good advisors. Trump should listen to the Nathans in his circle and ponder on their advice. He should also table his ego and admit to mistakes he made listening to some of them (Fauci).

Come on, GOP. There are better people in the party. Good ideas, integrity, energy, and youth. No more Boomers in the White House-- good grief. Retire, already. You’re clinging to vestiges of power and sinking the US in your petty games of chicken.

Biden is screwing up the border the exact opposite of what he did in Afghanistan. Here, he's letting the wrong people in. In Afghanistan, he left the wrong people behind.

Speaking of crap: Can anyone here explain why Brad Raffensperger just met with Zuckerberg's Center for Election Innovation and Research, one of the main sources of election and vote-collecting manipulation? This, on the heels of Brian Kemp's January 2023 trip to Davos to parlay with the WEF?

This is off topic but my wife was watching PBS last night and they had a Frontline piece on Clarence Thomas so I decided to watch, more out of curiosity. At first, it dragged you in with sympathy for his upbringing and his empathy for the Black Power movement in college. By the mid-way point, I could tell where they were going with it. By the end, my suspicions were confirmed when they questioned whether the SC could be increasingly seen as illegitimate because of Clarence Thomas, whom they basically said was now the true power on the court. They even had the ProPublica journalist on who wrote the recent hit piece and almost every other interviewee they had, especially those who did not know him personally, were dripping with absolute disdain as they spoke. Why are we (taxpayers) paying for this crap? They are attempting a full court press to make sure the court is not seen with any relevance whatsoever.

They only care about power. Getting Thomas to resign allows the regime to appoint a liberal. They could care less about any possible ethics problems. The same with George Santos. The dems don't care a bit about anything he did. They only care that he is a Republican and gives McCarthy a slight edge to hold them accountable for their actions.

I supported Trump, but I moved on. I hope sanity and common sense make a comeback in our country.

Good grief...

18% of people who want Trump in jail also prefer him to Biden for President.

This is a blinding flash of the obvious...

Just as Obama could not be attacked on his record, he didn't have one, Trump cannot be attacked on his character, it is deeply flawed and has been on display.

If anything about the current admin tells you is that we are great at weaving our own noose as a nation.

Problem is every time we try to fix it the liberals come in and tell us how to fix it the right way which is always the wrong way.

I agree that the only way to take out Trump is a substantive attack from the right. The left can't do it.

But I think this sort of situation really only galvanizes his base, of which he already enjoys deep loyalty. I think for moderate Republicans and independents it is just another downside to a Trump presidency. And just like 2020, this election will not be decided by Trump's base, but by independents either accepting him or abandoning him.

*sigh

I think the word to describe the media and Democrats here is akrasia. They can't help themselves, character assassination is core progie playbook.

As for Republicans, I have had to learn to compartmentalize Trump the 45th president of the United States, and Trump the man/candidate.

Meaning I can defend him as President and in the same breath say go away.

As pointed out there are material things where Trump failed as President, but only the Right can distinguish them, for the Left everything he did was wrong.

As usual Democrat fail to accurately define the problem so their solutions fail (or success by producing the opposite effect).

You can't assinante Trump's character any more than you can beat a masochist into submission.

The ONE WORLD GOV. people want to have biden and harris so we look at them and think it can NOT happen again. But get ready, as it will. I don't like it but the Bible tells us that we will have a ONE WORLD GOV. when He comes, and He is coming soon. Praise the Lord.

They don't want to stop Donald Trump. They are enablers. They think they can beat him. Really what they think is that he is the only candidate that has a chance whom they think they have a chance with. They are wrong. DeSantis will defeat Trump and then he will destroy the democrats who will retreat into DeSantis Derangement Syndrome and we'll be treated to eight more years of daily "Florida Man Bad." It's like a paraphrase of one of those true crime shows from the seventies, "The stories are true only the names have been changed to destroy the innocent."
